We booked through Smartbox, with a 7-course tasting menu and two glasses. Andrea made us feel at ease, immediately eliminating all formalities. The journey was truly exceptional, each dish studied down to the smallest detail; both the processing of the fish and the accompanying sauces. A dinner not to be forgotten. The room is treated in every detail, making it very welcoming. Every time I return I am prepared for a real experience, starting from the choice of wines recommended by Andrea's great experience who, as always, has never disappointed us. The cuisine is highly refined and of a high standard, a mix of flavors that blend perfectly with each other with unusual combinations and first choice raw materials. The chef's visit to the table was much appreciated, ready to answer and explain his dishes and his idea of ​​cooking. Impeccable service from every point of view, Andrea is a real host capable of conveying the passion he puts into what he does... and that's not for everyone! Definitely recommended for a different experience than usual. I will definitely come back to try and discover new flavours. See you soon!

Prima volta in questo locale situato in pieno centro storico di Albano locale ricavato da un antico granaio ed ex convento . Siamo stati bene , abbiamo mangiato dei piatti eccezionali , accompagnati da qualche extra dello chef molto apprezzati . Devi anche dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo , considerando la materia prima e’ ampiamente alla portata . Le mie 2 stelle mancanti sono dovute a queste cose : 1. Servizio doveva essere più attento 2. Il menù deve essere più chiaro , in partiskteni vini erano scritti piccoli e con un tipo di scrittura difficile da leggere dato che il ristorante si trova segnalato nella guida Michelin era giusto e doveroso da parte mia segnalare .

I went with my wife on Saturday evening. We were immediately struck by the beauty of the restaurant and the atmosphere there. Then the staff made us feel at home with courtesy and friendliness and guided us in choosing the dishes and wine. The dinner was an incredible trip that ended in Vietnam (really excellent off-menu dessert)

cena gourmet ad Albano, in pieno centro . Location forse troppo monocolore anche se basata sulla pietra delle pareti. scelto menu degustazione, molto buono in particolare la chitarra con i ricci. Delusione sui dolci , mi aspettavo di piu' ( la mia crema catalana anche se con la genziana ed il gelato alla liquirizia non aggiungeva molto al dolce tradizionale) . anche il piatto dei formaggi non era quanto mi sarei aspettavo ..troppo simili gli assaggi. per il resto buono , gran cerimoniere il proprietario, ottimo il servizio. mi sarei aspettato di piu' dalla carta dei vini specie per la parte del territorio ( troppe cantine convenzionali e commerciali ) . per il resto da provare e riprovare.
