The staff is dynamic, prepared, kind and helpful. The dishes are by the book and you can feel the use of raw materials. The desserts are super. Value for money, right. Seeing is believing. Advised!

We only had dinner, we weren't guests at the hotel. Our meals were out of this world delicious. The veal in the Vitello Tonnato was tender, the flan was perfectly fluffy and tasty. It's hard to say which was better, the roasted pork belly or roasted peasant breast--both amazing and en point prepared. Get the Panna cotta for dessert--soooo good. Wine selection large, local, and best quality. 100% recommended.
