Dinner with two friends....fresh products and special dishes....the owner was very good at proposing and explaining the menu. Not to be missed!!

Localino minuscolo ...una bomboniera ma un tiramisù spettacolare e un vermuth eccellente ..bravi ragazzi ..gentilissimi....

We were passing through and found this tavern which turned out to be excellent. The manager conveys a great passion for his cuisine and its origins by carefully explaining dishes and ingredients. Everything is very refined and delicious for the palate. I highly recommend it!!

Cozy and small place with few seats, in fact I recommend booking in advance. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, very good at welcoming and advising. The food is delicious, very fair prices. Highly recommended

Small and fine restaurant with great cuisine! The boss takes time for his guests and explains the dishes (which is an advantage if, like me, you can barely speak Italian). I would love to come back!

Posto davvero buono, piccolo, accogliente e curato, padrone di casa fantastico. Antipasti, primo e dolce davvero ottimi. Scelta dei vini mirata. Però le tempistiche sono importanti, soprattutto se entriamo con 2 bambini di 5 anni. Uno si è addormentato prima che arrivasse il suo piatto. L'altro ha mangiato dopo oltre un'ora e si è prontamente addormentato a piatto concluso (peraltro un primo delizioso). Attese bibliche per ogni portata. Luci ed ombre.

Bistrot il Gusto di Casanova

26/03/2024: I'm just walk around and drink coffee at the terrace near helicopter parking spot, but I was impressed the view and the place. Must see! Absolutely!
11/03/2024: My review concerns only the wellness area. The location is undoubtedly wonderful with a view of the hill. The wellness area is sufficiently spacious, but there is no second sauna with a higher temperature than the existing one (80 degrees, honestly not enough) and even the Turkish bath is not "steamy" enough. The beverage corner, on the other hand, is very sad: -there is only a thermos of tea, so there is no possibility of choice (I would add at least a couple of herbal or fruit herbal teas) -only present biscuits found in village bars when they serve you cappuccino (you could add some dried fruit or artisanal biscuits) -paper cups in a wellness area cannot be seen!!!!! For 50 euros I think a little more accuracy is in order
