We went to eat for Easter, fixed menu as on the site. Everything was delicious beyond our expectations which were already very high having read the excellent reviews. Series of hot appetizers with fresh and local raw materials, first courses in the terrine in the wood oven and delicious meat, top with the sausage rolled in baking paper and cooked in the grill. Very good house wine and cannoli with ricotta cream with very little sugar, excellent.
Very fast and attentive service.

Excellent discovery. To repeat. Very nice owner, welcoming as if it were home, you feel part of the family. Excellent food. The traditional flavors of the past. Nonnq sausage cooked under the ashes not to be missed. Homemade appetizer that is worth a complete meal with macco and chickpea soup, lamb and potatoes, shank, pork in sauce. Homemade cannoli and so on and so forth!

Excellent home-made food. The pizza is Milena's best and one of the best in the area, Neapolitan dough with a light crunchiness given by a small part of durum wheat flour.

Do you want to eat traditional food cooked beautifully? This is the right place! In the center of Sicily, in an area yet to be explored, you can enjoy genuine dishes. Don't forget to taste the cheeses and in particular the ricotta. Everything excellent!

We stayed in Milena for a weekend on business and they highly recommended this restaurant. As soon as you enter you can feel a family atmosphere, you are immediately welcomed by the owner who has been carrying on this business for 40 years! He starts bringing the appetizers, one better than the other, based on legumes, vegetables and some locally produced cheeses. Afterwards he offers us a baked pasta, expressly asking for a portion to share, we are served a baking dish, very good! We were very happy to note that everything was plant-based and the owner also very enthusiastically told us that everything they cook is harvested in their countryside behind their house. There is an air of authenticity and appreciation for the little things. Recommended even just for a relaxing visit.

In viaggio per il presepe di Sutera, ci siamo fermati a mangiare in questo ristorante/pizzeria a Milena. Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante e la cortesia del proprietario è ammirabile.
Consiglio di provare i cannoli veramente buoni con ricotta freschissima e la scorza fatta da loro.

Locale consigliato da un amico, Masino, che ci ha accompagnato. Si trova a Milena, purtroppo a 42 Km. da Porto Empedocle dove soggiorniamo. Ci siamo stati ben due volte, nonostante la distanza, perché ci siamo trovati molto molto bene. Un antipasto della casa con circa 10 portate, abbondanti, un primo di pasta fatta in casa condita con sugo di agnello (strepitosa), come secondo della salsiccia cotta sotto la brace e contorno di patate. Per finire frutta fresca ed un ottimo cannolo alla ricotta. Il proprietario persona gentilissima ed esperto cuoco ci ha consigliato ed illustrato il tutto. Ristorante CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
