For an intimate evening, with friends or family, accompanied by excellent food, with attention to the smallest details, very friendly service and a truly pleasant environment. I've just been there with my family for an evening dedicated to delicious Spanish meat.. it's not the first time and it won't be the last.. very helpful in pleasing even my daughter with very difficult tastes.. thank you! We went for dinner. The evening went well right from the welcome, excellent food and very well presented. Fabio is attentive and precise in recommending and explaining dishes and wine. Welcoming and well-kept environment.

Siamo tornati in questo ristorante memori della piacevole esperienza della nostra prima vista, il locale si è trasferito in una location momto carina e curata e la qualità della cucina è rimasta invariata. Siamo stati accolti con uno sfizioso tris di entree, ma poi abbiamo provato un ottima tartare di gamberi con tartufo bianco e u a altrettanto ottimo risotto al plancton e nero di seppia. A74

Prima volta con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante che,da diverso tempo,tenevo d’occhio sulle varie piattaforme social.Appena entrati veniamo fatti accomodare in questa sala piccola ma molto accogliente,intima.Ci siamo sentiti sin da subito a nostro agio,coccolati.La cameriera in sala è stata gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste;inoltre,lo stesso Fabio,in più occasioni è stato presente al nostro tavolo per consigliarci e rispondere alle più disparate curiosità. Il menu segue una filosofia che,personalmente,amo molto:poche cose fatte bene,dove “bene” è riduttivo nel caso di Fabio&Vale.Sì perché,la sequenza di piatti che propongono,segue un unico fil rouge:la capacità di questi ragazzi di mixare un’ottima selezione di materie prime con la loro indiscutibile creatività.Dalla presentazione all’assaggio,è tutto un piacere,per gli occhi e a livello di gusto.Consigliatissimo il filetto di trota oceanica,il “cavallo di battaglia” tra gli antipasti,e il tentacolo di polpo,per quanto riguarda i secondi piatti. Esperienza bellissima che suggerisco a tutti di provare;tornerò presto per assaggiare il nuovo menu.

Let's start from the extremely personal assumption that if I hadn't been invited I wouldn't have gone; invited for a business dinner between colleagues and employer, we found ourselves faced with dishes that in my opinion are gourmet, excellently palatable and with the best presentation. The wine is excellent. The fourth star for the environment is due to the external presentation of the place given that it lacks a sign indicating the place, that is, a small sign is there but completely not visible given that it can be mistaken for an ordinary house, it is missing, again according to my modest thought, an element that makes us say here we eat.
