A sincere applause to Chefs Giuseppe and Francesco D'Errico who were able to create a path of pursuit of perfection...and perhaps they really succeeded! The "work" is completed thanks to the passion and preparation demonstrated by the dining room team!

Fantastic experience, Giuseppe and Francesco excellent hosts. Each dish is a culinary masterpiece, prepared with the freshest ingredients and impeccably presented. The taste and presentation and variety of the dishes made every bite an unforgettable experience. I recommend it and can't wait to go back soon! The restaurant certainly deserves more than one Michelin star.

We were met with great attention to taste at service at La Madernassa’s . We opted for the 7 course menu, we were surprised with how balanced and tasty food and wines were. Personnel was very competent and eager to explain ingredients and history, and also very kind and joyous, transmitting a sense of positivity and relaxation rarely encountered in restaurants. I would travel back to the region just to dine there again...

One of the best gastronomic experiences of my life!
Research, balance, taste and (not least) spectacular food/wine pairings.
An unparalleled table service from the dining room staff, where the diner is pampered and the young sommelier guided us on a path of very perfect combinations.
For the cuisine, the true queen of the restaurant, only beautiful words: it would be reductive to describe the dishes individually, but the chef's path describes a mastery of techniques and sensitivity in combinations at the highest levels.
One word to describe the journey: EMOTIONS.

We celebrated our birthday in this starred restaurant, a very beautiful location with a large window and a view. We chose the 4-course menu with very refined and well-prepared dishes, but with slightly smaller portions. A positive note is the small pastry shop. Very attentive and courteous staff. Exceptional wine list.

We were taken to La Madernassa by a friend after visiting the International white truffle fair.
We chose the 4-dish menu with truffles.
From the moment we were seated to the time we left, this proved to be an exceptional experience.
Innovative dishes, flavors combination, food presentation, wine explanations, personnel, service and location made our lunch an unforgettable meal.

Siamo in un stellato Michelin! Propongono tre tipi di menu: abbiamo scelto il più completo (9portate) e l'abbinamento con i vini. Sono trascorse tre ore molto piacevoli. Un piccolo appunto: un po' troppo presente il personale di sala. (Ripiegano ogni volta il tovagliolo quando ci si alza...) ed il prezzo dell'abbinamento vini è troppo elevato: 220 euro in due.
