Don't miss to stop by this typical tavern in Corato.
The environment is informal but very welcoming as is the kindness of the owner Mariano and his staff.
Excellent fresh raw materials and excellent variety that allows you to taste many typical Apulian specialties.
The appetizers were rich and delicious, and the first courses of the day were also excellent (we tasted the cavatelli in two variations). Finally, the meat is excellent: both pork and beef and especially horse meat.
Simple, homemade desserts.
Absolutely worth trying!

I went to this tavern with my family, we booked late, at 2.30pm but the owner Mariano immediately found us a free table and seated us.
Abundant and delicious starters, mouth-watering first courses.
Unfortunately we couldn't taste the meat because we were so full, but I will definitely go back to try it.
Competent and quick staff.
What can I say, try it and you will be addicted!

We stopped at this restaurant after reading the reviews and I confirm that all expectations were met. Mariano's availability and courtesy, excellent lunch from the house starter to the orecchiette with turnip greens and as a second course sausage and horse fillet, to conclude the house desserts and associated bitters. What can I say, we felt at home.

Sono Siciliano di mamma Cortina quindi sono abituato alla buona cucina. Questo posto lo trovo emozionate sia per la location, piccola con un atmosfera così familiare da sentirsi a casa. Il cibo una vera bontá cucina del del posto e ben equilibrata di qualità . E poi il titolare e dipendenti super accoglienti.
Vivessi qui sarei un cliente fisso... Se andate a Corato non potete non passare da questo ristorantino magico❤️

Semplicemente ottimo. Antipasti abbondanti e freschi, vasta scelta e varietà di sapori e di abbinamenti. Primi e secondi tipici della zona e veramente buoni. Fuori menù a sorpresa un piatto tipico servito in un contenitore in terracotta. Grazie mille Mariano per l’accoglienza
