La Palma In Palazzago

Everything perfect. From the welcome to the service. And then move on to the excellent food!!!

We moved here on 1/13/24, it was a truly magical experience. Thank you very much to all the staff for their availability, attention and professionalism. Wonderful! Super super super recommended.

Hotel is in a good location, across the road from the lake and a short walk from the centre of town. We stayed for 4 nights. Room was a good size with a mini bar, we requested a kettle which was provided. Milk can be purchased for 2 euros from the restaurant. The room was not as clean as I would have liked, especially the bathroom. Breakfast in the restaurant was well provisioned including a very nice coffee. The room was very warm (typical for this time of year when the weather changes and the air conditioners are still on winter setting), what I didn't expect was the balcony to be covered in mosquitos which meant the sliding door couldn't be open. The balcony doors remaining closed also block the noise from the road which is very loud late into the night (people walking past) and early in the morning (trucks going past).

Like only 5 stars? 9, or rather, all 10!!! Fantastic place: top food, top wine selection, super-organised service. Pleasant view from the windows and perfectly completes this incredible experience🤩

Wonderful experience, excellent staff and service

I went for lunch for Christmas, as always friendliness, professionalism, friendliness, clean services and perfect food (I wasn't able to finish a second course of meat) because I did an encore with the risotto😋. Congratulations to all.

We would like to thank all the staff of La Palma very much: very kind, professional, always present to guide us as best as possible on our wedding day. Impeccable food! All our guests were amazed by the location, the organization and the delicious savory and sweet dishes. The location is taken care of to the maximum. We are so happy to have chosen you for our wedding. Vote 10 and praise!! And thanks to all of you 😃
