Good ingredients and workmanship, delicious burgers and very clean toilet. I would recommend unconditionally. Well-kept online menu if you don't speak Italian, where allergens and additives are also properly documented.

Amazing, I have no words. Horse meat is just the right amount of thin and very soft, while the Sardinian sandwich is giant and tasty. I asked for the fried egg instead of scrambled and it was perfect. Impeccable cleanliness in every corner, including bathrooms and kitchen, which you glimpse when you pass by. Friendly and helpful staff, but also friendly. Very fair price. Advised.

Small but very welcoming room, clean bathroom with hot water in the sink (much appreciated in winter). Delicious and huge sandwiches, we couldn't finish them and the boy at the checkout brought us everything we needed to wrap them and take them home. A mandatory stop in Castelsardo, highly recommended!

Wir waren im September in der Paninoteca und waren vom Essen sehr begeistert, sodass wir direkt 2x da waren. Die Sandwiches / Burger hören sich alle sehr lecker an. Ich hatte beim ersten Besuch einen Burger mit Mortadella, Burrata und Kartoffeln und der war super lecker. Beim zweiten Besuch hatte ich ein Sandwich mit Omelette, Würstchen und Kartoffeln und der war auch lecker und riesig. Die Pommes waren mega lecker. Die Preise sind dabei recht günstig und man geht satt nach Hause. Der Hauswein ist auch lecker. Der Besuch war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Die Plätze draußen sind sehr gut gestaltet.
