It wasn't easy to find a trattoria nestled in a holm oak forest. Genuine, no-frills food, just lots of flavor and the pleasure of eating. Warm and welcoming environment, with two very kind and helpful ladies at the tables. I love these increasingly rare places, the real trattorias of the past where you eat well, authentically and spend the right amount. We'll come back to try something else. From Rome it's a walk.

Trattoria sita nel bosco di Montenero Sabino, come arrivi c'è questa quercia grandissima e molto bella, da qui il nome dato al ristorante. Cibo ottimo personale molto gentile prezzo giusto.

19/02/2024: The food is excellent, everything is excellent from the service to the very kind and friendly staff
14/02/2024: Passing through on business, one midweek evening, we ordered some good local appetizers, first courses very good in flavor and appearance, second course with meat also plentiful and good, appetizers well prepared, excellent dessert. The place is a little dated, but warm and welcoming, the staff polite and friendly.

14/03/2024: Ho avuto la fortuna di mangiare più volte qui, è sempre stato tutto molto gradevole, cucina, servizio, gentilezza, pulizia… lo consiglio vivamente sia per la pizza che per i menù di pesce o di carne, senza trascurare i dolci, ovviamente.
10/02/2024: In addition we took a bit of everything!!! Mixed appetizers, first courses, pizza and spectacular second courses... 10 people are all satisfied!!! Prices in line with the quality and elegant and kind service... Recommended!!!
