Spending Easter here was an experience of tranquility and flavors with tasteful dishes and a thread of unity in all the dishes. Simple and nice place but I would improve something in the location.
Wide choice of wines. Starter the remittance for 2 tasty and good but I would make it more authentic, less pistachio and mortadella for example and more seasonal. Some of the fried foods were good, others could be improved, such as the courgette flower or the potato boat. Good, average meats and cheeses. We ordered classic Pallotte, good and tasty.
We shared a first course, Montepulciano potato gnocchi with radicchio, sausage and Blue cheese, good but too tasty, to be improved. Sweet Ferratelle and good ice cream.
Bill for two people €75.
Overall good but could be improved, I would return to try more.

Really excellent restaurant. With a very good selection of local foods. One piece of advice is to leave the off-menu items for the second round too.

We booked at this place, attracted by the positive reviews and the photos of the dishes which gave the idea of being really good!! I must say that the reality significantly exceeded expectations
A small "favor" that contains....kindness...cleanliness...professionalism but above all quality of the products. Dishes cooked and presented impeccably. The only regret is... not being able to taste the Ferratelle with ice cream. They were finished😪on the other hand we ordered a sublime berry crumble!!😋See you soon girls!!😍greetings from Vasto.

Torno dopo un annetto a Castel di Sangro e in questo ristorante, per ritrovare esattamente le stesse ottime sensazioni e gusti di un anno fa, concentrandomi su quello che credo sia davvero il loro punto di forza: le carni; tutto perfetto, dalla qualità, al taglio alla cottura, veramente eccezionali.
Ottimo anche l'antipasto "la rimessa", vario, abbondante, gustosissimo e dulcis in fundo il pecorino piastrato con miele e noci !
Da consigliare assolutamente, da tornarci nuovamente

We ate this evening in this small but beautiful restaurant.
We had 4 of us, 4 fillets, 4 desserts, 2 waters, 3 beers spending 130 euros.
It was all delicious, I would have preferred to have the chips on the side due to the quantity, but that's fine too.
Extremely attentive staff, we will definitely be back to try something else.

Very small restaurant, due to the double shift they serve the food immediately at the table, having all the dishes arrive, because obviously I also have to serve the second shift, practically there is a rush to eat when you are at the table. The prices are very high for what they give, it's really too much, it's true the quality of the food is 100% but this doesn't justify the very high prices
