The “Rosa dei venti” restaurant is an insider tip. The team serves in a friendly manner, the dishes are excellent and always prepared with certain, very special extras. (For example the house-smoked salmon!) Ci troviamo spesso qui e la cucina è semper eccellente. Grazie alla gentilezza del personale la permanenza è un piacere. The ambience is simple, but we come here for excellent food every time. The prices are moderate for the quality of the fresh fish dishes. Unreserved recommendation!

The tasting evening was very successful with excellent dishes and a very successful wine selection. The staff aged between 17 and 29 are friendly and kind.

Es hat sich wirklich gelohnt, den Weg zur Trattoria zu finden! Die zwei jungen, hochbegabten Männer von der Crew zaubern unvergessliche Genüsse auf die Teller, dazu noch geschmackvoll angerichtet. Der Service ist fabelhaft, die Empfehlungen ehrlich und hilfreich, der Preis über jeden Zweifel erhaben: Für die gebotene Qualität wirklich günstig. Die Terrasse gibt Ausblick auf den Hafen, man glaubt sich halb über dem Meer thronend zu speisen. Einfach stark!

Nuova gestione, da due anni. Ci venivamo spesso. È stata la prima volta con la nuova gestione. Abbiamo ordinato 4 fritti di pesce, 2 misti, 1 calamari e 1 sardoni. Abbondanti, croccanti e gustosi, con la azzeccata presenza di qualche sottile verdura fritta croccante . Tra i migliori fritti di Trieste, forse il migliore, senza nulla togliere a nessuno. Semifreddo e sorbetto buoni. Vino friulano della casa buono . Personale giovane, gentile e non assillante. Musica gradevole ben selezionata. Terrazza piacevole con leggera brezza, la giornata fuori era molto calda. Prezzi nella norma per essere un ristorante essenzialmente di Pesce. Ci siamo trovati bene e ci torneremo.

Ottimi l’accoglienza e il servizio. Puntuali veloci piatti preparati con precisione e curati nel dettaglio. Consigliato per pranzo/cene in famiglia e per cene di lavoro.. terrazza bellissima con il tramonto. Una piacevole serata
