I rarely find myself wanting to photograph everything, both inside and outside a venue. Here I did what I could, but I will have to return to also experience those outdoor spaces which, due to unfavorable weather, I was not able to properly appreciate. Impeccable cuisine, table linens and staff. Room open to the surrounding nature and a respectable panorama. Restaurant room, bar, breakfast, accompanied by ambient music or the notes of a piano. Large wardrobe. Accessibility guaranteed for disabled people and children: changing table and seats present. Attention to detail: lamps, paintings. The planimetric distribution and vertical development of the bathrooms are spectacular: materials, colors and scenes never seen before! Even the wall treatment of the hall and waiting room is original: osb molds both inside and outside. Prices in line with the offer. Congratulations indeed to the designer and management. Sincere congratulations.

For dinner with colleagues, we arrive after having booked about an hour before, excellent welcome, as usual, a quiet and relaxing environment, all really excellent but a mention must be made for the Amarone and radicchio risotto, the wine list is excellent. A security.

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant, ample parking. Nice entrance. Very kind and friendly staff. Restaurant with revisited home cooking offering both meat and fish. Good wine list. Nice bar area. Tables also outdoors. It feels really good. One of my go-to spots in the area. Absolutely worth trying.

Sono andata a mangiare al loro ristorante, erano 14 anni che non ci andavo. Rinnovato nel tempo, elegante con metre di sala eccezionale e preparato. Il cibo ottimo, il cuoco eccezionale. Nella sala c'è un camino enorme che viene utilizzato per cucinare entrecote, tagliate, costate e filetti. Non si sente assolutamente nessun fumo... fantastico! Dall'antipasto al dolce tutti i sapori giusti nel piatto. Sicuramente il prezzo adeguato alla tipologia di locale, non siamo in una trattoria ma bensì in un ristorante di classe.

Siamo stati a mangiare in questo ristorante ad inizio dicembre. Il ristorante è molto bello, fine ed elegante, il cibo è ottimo e di qualità. Il personale è cordiale, disponibile, professionale ed attento alle allergie intolleranze ed esigenze del singolo cliente al tavolo. Molto consigliato!

È la prima sera in cui “La Rosina” accende le luminarie natalizie sul colle che sovrasta Marostica: eleganti e di ottima fattura, sia quelle esterne che quelle all’interno. Tutto qui è ben curato, a partire dai pavimenti alla veneziana, ai tavoli ben dressati con elegante mise en place, cristalleria adeguata. È la serata in cui si celebra e degusta il Baccalà: delicati i crostini al mantecato con una Bollicina trevigiana, molto buona la Pasta (innovativa nella sua forma) con il “ragout” di Baccalà; nel pieno solco della tradizione Vicentina il candido “Bacalà“ cremoso (come si deve) con il suo olio evo chiarissimo, pronto al tuffo della bionda Polenta “maranela”.. con le sue “lentiggini”, segno distintivo della pregiata semente sviluppata dalla famiglia Fioretti da Marano. Ottimo il Pino & Toi di Fausto per me tuttopasto. Dessert di rara freschezza e leggerezza. Personale preparato agisce veloce ed efficiente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
