I had a wonderful experience in this place. This small place in the center of Pisa has an intimate and refined atmosphere, which stands out from the usual places. The owner is very courteous and approachable. The food is excellent and deviates from the usual offering, offering refined dishes with exquisite flavor combinations, presented with care. The background music and ambiance help create a truly enjoyable experience.

Finalmente un locale dove la materia prima, di qualità, è al centro di ogni piatto. Lavorazioni nel massimo rispetto delle materie prime.
Tradizione in chiave moderna con portare generose, in un ambiente accogliente con servizio attento e cortese.

foie gras, trippalà, spaghetti alle acciughe, rigatoni al fagiano, quagliagras … in attesa di provare il piccione la prossima volta.

Ambiente intimo, pochi posti a sedere. Accolti da Gregorio , proprietario del locale, molto cortese, gentile e preparato. Cibo ottimo, " non è il solito cibo", molto ricercato , accostamenti di sapori divini. Ritornerò sicuramente per assaggiare il famoso "fagiano" che purtroppo questa sera mancava.

Such good food! It was a quiet random Tuesday in November, so the chef was the waiter, which was so lovely. He was very helpful. The wine pairings were perfect. The desserts were spectacular. This is not hyperbole, it was fantastic! We wish we could eat here for every night of our two week trip as I can’t imagine we’ll find better.
