I didn't put stars on the rooms because I don't even know if they are there but the restaurant is wonderful, both from the point of view of the designer serving it and the menu. The wine list is excellent and the staff are trained and competent. I recommend the reservation whether lunch and dinner

Indubbiamente il mio ristorante preferito. I piatti, i sapori e gli abbinamenti sono creati con cura e ricercati. Staff cortese e preparato. Mi trovo sempre molto bene e l'atmosfera é familiare. È una tappa fissa quando siamo in valle.

Location piccola, ma bella, mangiato e servito bene. Una cosa non ci è piaciuta per questo non ho messo 5 stelle. Se i primi costano tra i 15/20 euro e ci proponi un piatto fuori menù, ci si aspetta che il prezzo sia allineato a quelli presenti. Un primo che costa 40 euro a mio avviso il cliente deve essere informato. Grazie

20/01/2024: Very beautiful location surrounded by nature, it's a shame that January is a sad month from the point of view of flora but as soon as you enter you realize that the restaurant has been taken care of down to the smallest details. We ate really well, homemade bread, excellent quality products. The owner very friendly and helpful. A mention for Roberto, sommelier and waiter, good, competent, friendly and attentive

05/04/2024: Well, having lunch on the terrace at Fabietto is always wonderful. Sympathy and simplicity. A cooking style based on perfect and carefully prepared foods, without ever falling into excess of imagination or ingredients.
31/03/2024: Easter lunch à la carte from the starter to the dessert, genuine and refined dishes. It's been a long time since we found this satisfaction in eating in a restaurant. Nice intimate and characteristic place. Very friendly, not snooty service. Definitely coming back
