I chose this restaurant for my partner's birthday and she was delighted. Don't be scared by using freshwater fish! We assure you that every bite will be like a sweet homecoming, but with that something extra that you will never find anywhere else!

La trota may have lost one of its two Michelin stars but it remains one of the best restaurants in Italy. More and more surprising creations in the kitchen with respect and exaltation of the raw material. From the grilled salad to lentil pasta with a small amount of eel vegetable broth, to the roasted kiwi and artichoke egg, everything is magnificently balanced and never excessive. The wine list is truly beautiful (even if on iPad) with extraordinary quality and fair mark-ups. Well done.
