Attentive and attentive service, excellent dishes and a varied menu, the wine list is also very good. This last time I also asked for a dessert to be changed according to my preferences, which were satisfied with pleasure and kindness. For those who need it, there are also rooms and therefore the possibility of staying overnight on site.

Very welcome surprise. Discovered by chance during lunch break. Nice place and varied menu. Very good fassona and risotto. Very honest price. Fast and friendly service.

We went to this restaurant on Saturday night and had a really great time. The dinner was truly delicious, especially the very well prepared grilled meat. The staff very kind and prepared. Super recommended place.

Excellent experience, simple but at the same time elegant and welcoming place.... the freshly seasoned Fassona tartare was wonderful, a must try... then I delighted in the shank which melted on the palate with well cooked potatoes and finally a panna cotta with berries, excellent too...fast and attentive service...the coffee is also excellent which is not always taken for granted in the restaurant...the menu is really varied and with many interesting proposals, what can I say other than trying this one trattoria very close to Saluzzo....better to book because there aren't many tables! Ci siamo fermati in due per un pranzo veloce e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. Un'ottima tagliata di Angus con patate al forno molto piacevoli (non le solite precotte e riscaldate dal giorno prima). Molto piacevole anche il vino della casa. Una nota di merito per la disponibilità e gentilezza del servizio.

Ottima selezione di carni, tutto squisito.

Una coppia di amici ci ha portato in questo ristorante da loro molto amato. Ottime proposte di tagli particolari e carni di provenienza estera (Giappone e Portogallo ad esempio). Buona la carta dei vini. I prezzi sono un po' elevati ma comprensibili vista la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate.

Non è la prima volta che frequentiamo questo ristorante, l'ultima volta abbiamo notato una carenza nel servizio e secondo noi un aumento nel conto, cucina sempre buona ma forse consiglierei più attenzione
