Very refined, well-finished, high-quality menu.
Traditional flavors with a lot of innovation both in assembly and presentation.
Very cold room due to excessively strong lighting and cold source.
The small battery-powered lamps on the tables, which could add warmth and character, are practically canceled out by the lights in the room
Attentive service, high but reasonable bill

The best restaurant on this years' Tuscany trip. Everything - the ambiance, the service and of course the food were incredible. The restaurant eagerly accomodated my wife's lactose intolerance. Chianina Bistecca was perfect. They have a very competent wine list, including a lot of Nobile and Nobile Reserva by the glass. The restaurant deserves a Michelin Star! Very highly recommended. Make a reservation!

Discovered by chance, one of the few restaurants open on Sunday 28 January.
Nice place, especially for the exposed brick walls.
Very friendly staff, excellent food, nice combination of tradition and innovation.
Possibility to choose between different types of water and coffee blends.

Excellent place, fantastic staff and great food! I found the whole place very well looked after down to the smallest detail, it's a shame that it's a bit dark, I recommend it for dinner perhaps when it's dark outside. I also recommend a change to music playlists

Abbiamo mangiato bene, il locale é bello e il personale é cortese e professionale. Consiglio salumi e formaggi misti, l anatra, la verdura e il sottobosco. Non Consiglio la tagliata, non perché fosse cattiva, ma perché non ha nulla di più di quanto uno potrebbe cucinare a casa. Non ho dato 5 stelle per mie peculiarità, la mancanza della tovaglia, personale poco presente per ordinare pane e acqua, a parte i pani "speciali" iniziali il restante pasto é fatto con pane "normale". Cmq vi consiglio di provarlo

Ristorante in centro a Montepulciano, con location veramente bellina e suggestiva nella pietra e arredo con arte più contemporanea.
Servizio molto preparato e mai invadente.
Aperitivo molto particolare, con olive ripiene di oliva liquida, macaron di fegatini e baccalà mantecato.
Entreè con finto pomodorini ripieno...

La cena è stata eccellente con materie prime di qualità. Atmosfera molto rilassante in un ambiente curato e raffinato. Personale gentile e molto attento.

Davvero una bella scoperta! Delizioso ristorante a Montepulciano immerso in una bellissima atmosfera, mise en place e arredamento ricercato, piatti della tradizione con un tocco di modernità, servizio gentile e veloce
