L'Antica Pignata In Termoli

Excellent trattoria, I had heard for some time that the food was divine, but until you try, you can't have your say. I had a fish-based dinner on Saturday evening, I ate plenty and spent little and the fish felt fresh. I can't wait to return.

“…there are things that are priceless” quoted an old advertising adage, and it is absolutely true. The moment we set foot in the ancient pignata, we were overwhelmed by kindness, welcome, availability... we immediately felt at ease. This is priceless, this makes the difference! If we then add the quality of the dishes, the mix is ​​done. Very fresh fish, balanced flavours, quality and quantity up to expectations, proportionate to more than honest prices... well... what can I say! You have to go there! You have to stop and eat. We love seafood dishes, because we are seafaring people, but we are certain, considering the professionalism and passion for the work, that each course is prepared in the most professional way possible. If you pass through Termoli, stop at the ancient pignata. Have fun and enjoy your meal

Nice bro', today in Termoli (which I love) in a trattoria that has nothing to envy of a quality restaurant. The quality of all the dishes can be seen and 'breathed'. I had rigatoni with a 'pignatta', speck, provola and radicchio (all that was left was for you to lick the plate). I highly recommend

Lungo un viaggio autostradale abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo ristorante spinto dalla varietà e dalla qualità delle pietanze ed abbiamo trovato eccellenza in termini di qualità e quantità. La cortesia del proprietario e di tutta la famiglia (conduzione familiare) è meravigliosa, persone alla mano con cui parlare ma professionali e gentili. Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era eccezionale, piatti di una freschezza ineccepibile e pesce buonissimo. La pasta alla chitarra cremosa e avvolgente, ottima la frittura di paranza, non oliosa e saporitissima con pesciolini e trigliette, ottima anche la grigliata mista: si sentiva il sapore del carbone, quel retrogusto di bruciacchiato piacevole è stato sublime con una nota di merito in più per il tonno, dal sapore supremo. Nei piatti si sente addirittura il sapore dell’olio, sintomo di un olio di alta qualità il cui proprietario ha detto di produrlo. Ottima anche la pasta di terra, il vino ed il dolce. Insomma una bella esperienza piacevole da ripetere senza nessun dubbio.
