My husband and I are on holiday on Elba. During a walk in Rio Marina we stumbled upon this small and charming ice cream shop near the church, in the center of the town. It is a totally gluten free ice cream shop, from the cones to the ice cream, through to the granitas, the cakes and everything else. Obviously, as a celiac, I was totally amazed and we returned the next day too. Furthermore, in addition to the immense happiness of having discovered a totally gluten-free place, there is also the fact that the ice cream is super good, creamy and with a lot of variety of flavours. The granitas are also excellent. The prices are those of a normal ice cream shop without any surcharge. The guy who works there is nice, friendly, affable and advises you on the flavors to choose in case of indecision. I highly recommend it and it is not at all obvious that there is a good ice cream shop in this small town that is 100% suitable for us celiacs. If you pass by here don't hesitate to stop It's truly assistance and a super pleasant break for us greedy people, celiac or otherwise

Delicious ice cream, the flavors are very original. I recommend fig and blueberry cheesecake. Pistachio is one of the best I've ever tasted😍🍦🍨🍧😍 Very friendly staff, a must!

I was attracted by the name of the small place, which is just before the mine museum, then I read the blackboard which highlighted that both ice cream and crepes were *gluten-free* (but also cones and toppings). I went in because my son has celiac disease and we tried both the crepes and the ice cream. Both formidable, if there were any people like this who think 360 about intolerances. Compliments!!!!!
