I give 5 stars because I couldn't give more. Nice and welcoming environment. You are welcomed by the owner and he immediately transmits to you his passion for good food and good drink. Typical dishes but with an edge. I ate a dream fillet of venison with blueberries. The bill is very correct. I will definitely come back.

Very good food. 'Tagliata di Cervo' was incredible and worth the price. Wife got the "duck breast" that came with a big and delicious piece of 'fois gras'.. she loved it! Awesome.. Would dine here again!

An unexpected discovery, Google brought us here after a beautiful morning in the Gran Paradiso park. The welcome from Andrea and his colleague was excellent. But the real discovery is the quality of the food. Really good, so praise to the chef. Not to mention the excellent food-wine pairing that Andrea recommended to us. I would say it's a place worth returning to.

Fermati per caso, sorpresa stupenda scoprire che è una baita gluten free AIRC, mangiato divinamente, birra spaziale alla spina!!!, ambiente caldo, cordiale e professionalmente preparato!!! Ci tornerò sicuramente!!!

Scelto perche' nel circuito AIC, abbiamo cenato in questo romantico ristorante, la cena e' stata ottima, mia moglie celiaca ha cenato benissimo, pietanze della tradizione, buon vino e ambiente caldo.

21/03/2024: Highly recommended for a quick lunch, quality artisan products, generous portions at modest prices. The owner is friendly and courteous.
18/02/2024: The pasta workshop is a point of reference for the quality of the food, the extraordinary flavors and the kindness of the owner. Here you will feel pampered while you taste handmade pasta, whether gnocchi, lasagna, ravioli or unfilled pasta, seasoned with sauces with a genuine and at the same time refined flavour. Here I enjoyed the best lasagna of my life (and I've eaten a lot of it, including Modena DOC ones) and some gnocchi with a sausage sauce that managed to amaze me with their goodness with every bite. To top it all off, the kindness of the owner, always smiling and ready to convey to you his passion for his work. If you come to Aosta, you can't miss it. If you don't go there, go there specifically, it's worth it!

09/03/2024: I was there on the occasion of an initiative linked to cross-country skiing. Being partners they provided polenta and sausage. Exquisite. Very sociable, kind, pleasant staff. I was surprised that coffee in a refuge costs only 1 euro. It's a very rare thing. Breathtaking environment, far from any inhabited center. Reachable by anyone. There is practically no climb. A bit of a long journey. Departure from the Saint Barthelemy picnic area. Highly recommended in all seasons.
