Sunday lunch with friends to try out the new management. I absolutely recommend it as it is different from all the restaurants in Prato. The cuisine offers dishes not far from our habits but with a more modern narrative. I enjoyed everything, from the first course to the dessert. We chose the matching wine from a continuously updated virtual list. Maybe the choices are still a little limited but I'm sure that the restaurant will soon take off because that's what they deserve. Fair price. Thanks to Giulia and all the staff for the warm welcome.

Pranzo domenicale in compagnia di amici per provare la nuova gestione. Lo consiglio assolutamente in quanto diverso da tutti i ristoranti pratesi. La cucina propone piatti non lontani dalle nostre abitudini ma con una narrazione più moderna. Ho apprezzato tutto, dal primo al dessert. Il vino in abbinamento lo abbiamo scelto noi da una carta virtuale in continuo aggiornamento. Forse ancora le scelte sono un pochino limitate ma sono sicura che presto il ristorante decollerà perché è ciò che si meritano. Prezzo onesto. Grazie a Giulia e a tutto lo staff per la calorosa accoglienza.

Very young staff, everything was very attentive, from the service to the presentation of the dishes, up to the location itself. The restaurant closed suddenly after some years of operation, The store has been closed for nearly a year. However, reopening this year, retaining the same location and environment, The only changes are the chefs and waiters. It was originally a restaurant run by an old couple, who have retired. The current team are people from another restaurant I visited last year, Surprisingly they recognized me, And shared the new trends of this restaurant, Pointing out that they moved here en masse after their previous restaurant closed. Let’s talk about the menu. There are three set meals to choose from. Then you can freely choose the dishes on the menu. Of course, you can also choose to let them arrange it, Having difficulty choosing, I directly chose 𝐶　𝑛𝑞𝑢𝑒, Let them arrange the food directly~ During the tasting process, I found the presentation and taste of the food to be excellent. For me, this restaurant is very cost-effective. It's a nice fine restaurant. Recommended!

Ho provato questo ristorante dopo alcuni anni. Il ricordo era di un buon ristorante ma non eccezionale, volevo avere una conferma del giudizio che mi ero fatto e capire se a distanza di tempo era cambiato qualcosa. E con la nuova gestione è cambiato davvero in meglio. L'ambiente è lo stesso, ma ho percepito maggiore cura nel dettaglio, più classe. Il servizio è ottimo, attento e premuroso, la descrizione di ciò che ti viene offerto è estremamente esaustiva. I menù sono ricercati e mai banali, serviti nel migliore dei modi, cucina veramente di alta qualità. Io ed un mio amico abbiamo scelto il menù di tre portate più dolce da 50 Euro + 15 per la degustazione dei vini abbinati. Ebbene sia i piatti che i vini sono stati eccellenti; il prezzo assolutamente congruo, anche se consiglio per chi ha molto appetito di scegliere i menù con 4 o 5 portate più dolce che ovviamente costano di più. Alla fine si è veramente contenti e non si vede l'ora di tornare per degustare gli altri piatti. Continuate così, vi meritate successo!

Cena con amici per questo ultimo dell’anno. Siamo stati splendidamente bene cibo ottimo presentato in maniera perfetta con un servizio da dieci e con una degustazione di vini davvero professionale. Complimenti !!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente !!

Excellent atmosphere, the location was a bit hard to find, outstanding and friendly staff service. But the food was under my expectation, all the dishes were ok but neither extremely good nor unique.
