Very nice restaurant in the enchanting village of Roccantica. Good and refined food, excellent choice of wines, interesting menu suitable for all tastes. The service is very professional and capable of advising the customer in the best possible way. The environment is very pleasant and well-kept. In my humble opinion it would be better to vary the musical background a bit as it could be a little monotonous. Furthermore, in my opinion, it would be appropriate to illuminate the staircase leading to the rooms a little better, because unfortunately not everyone enjoys a perfect view and some might have some difficulty. Prices are not cheap but good for the quality offered.
Wonderful experience in elegant surroundings. Christian, our host, was very welcoming and very knowledgeable on wines and the interesting culinary delights! The menu features unusual seafood dishes , including stuffed sardines which were superb. The setting is very charming in a mediaeval village. The dining rooms have various private spaces, including a Romeo & Juliet balcony for two romantics. As it was a cooler evening we didn't dine outdoors but there is an outdoor terrace commanding superb views. The wine cave is worth a visit. We chose some local wines which were delicious.
