Fantastic location - excellent food - great wines + Local Craft beers. We popped in for a drink and were treated very well. Booked lunch for later in the week. As you go through the restaurant to the terrace there is a small set of steps to left leading to a small terrace - Table for 8-10 on its own - Simply amazing view and atmosphere. Best all round meal in Assisi for us (8). Many thanks to the staff, superb.

Very characteristic place, with panoramic terrace.
We were also allowed to sit with the dog in the internal part of the room.
We tasted a mixed platter of typical local products, all very good, although a little salt was missing, accompanied by two (very generous) glasses of red wine from a local cellar.
Followed by gnocchi with broccoli, bacon and pecorino béchamel and tagliatelle with gorgonzola, speck, walnuts and radicchio, the latter in particular highly recommended.
To conclude we had a dark chocolate cake served with wild berry jam and amaretto ice cream.
Very positive experience, recommended!

I visited for lunch and it was so delicious that I visited again for dinner.
For lunch, I had wild boar pasta, truffle pasta, steak, and artichoke fries.
All were good, but the best was by far the wild boar pasta.
In fact, the evening visit was too disappointing to go after eating wild boar pasta just once.
On my second visit, I had wild boar pasta, lamb, and steak, and they were all good, but the second wild boar pasta was still the best.
The view from the outdoor terrace was nice, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast.
I visited Assisi without much expectations, but now I have a reason to visit again.

Restaurant located in the center of Assisi, reachable only on foot due to the restricted traffic zone. Created from an old cellar complete with brick and stone vaulted arches, very cute and welcoming rustic style. As the name suggests, it offers customers the opportunity to taste typical flavors with breathtaking views of the neighboring valleys. Quality food and vast selection of wines, which is quite rare. Highly recommend for a distinctive meal to anyone visiting Assisi. I recommend Truffle-based dishes. Prices proportionate to the service offered. All perfect!

Refined menu, but faithful to the territory. Dishes cooked beautifully with fresh ingredients.
This place is NOT a tourist restaurant that makes you eat badly and pay a lot. It has a terrace with a panoramic view (and eating there even in winter is worth it) as well as a characteristic and clean internal environment. The tortelli stuffed with roasted guinea fowl are a must try.

Antipasti favolosi, pasta fatta in casa e secondo piatti eccezionali. Tutto è preparato con amore, cura e competenza usando prodotti di qualità e quanto più possibile locali. La vista dalla terrazza è molto rilassante e piacevole anche per un appuntamento romantico. Il titolare è molto simpatico e competente. Posto super consigliato per qualità e cura nel cibo!!

Dopo una mattinata in giro , un buon posto , una bella location, ed un ottima qualità. Porzioni abbondati , personale preparato , consigli giusti , prezzo onesto . Abbiamo mangiato all'esterno perché Agosto , ma le sale interne sono molto belle.

Posto davvero incantevole, con le sue terrazze che offrono una splendida vista, impagabile al tramonto.
Riguardo le portate, non siamo rimasti così entusiasti, soprattutto dei primi piatti:gli accostamenti non ci hanno molto convinto, sarebbe utili inserire qualche piatto "più semplice", ma che magari funziona di più.
