On the occasion of my birthday I was invited to dinner by my family... "Let's go to Val Vigezzo" at the moment a little perplexed "So far away?!??"..... A truly pleasant surprise Exceptional food from entree to dessert!!! ! Kind and very competent staff Very pleasant environment And what can we say about the very young Chef Norman, great great professionalism!!! Absolutely recommended. After a very long time we finally managed to go and eat at this restaurant. Everyone had spoken very highly of it to us but until we tried it we didn't realize how exceptional their cuisine was. None of the dishes they offer are obvious, the quality of the ingredients, the preparation of the dishes, the presentation of the same, are all exceptional. The pork belly requires an ode, it is exquisite: soft, tasty, with a slightly crunchy outside. I recommend trying it. Considering that there were four of us having dinner with the children, the price for the evening also seemed absolutely correct.

The chef guides you in his vision of cooking through a journey of Piedmontese flavors and not by using the raw materials in a masterful way. Attentive, tidy, never intrusive service. Recommended wines perfectly paired. A priceless experience that we will repeat soon. I highly recommend it.
