Io e mia moglie cercavamo un posto dove pranzare e abbiamo deciso dì dare credito alle recensioni qui su TripAdvisor. Che dire innanzitutto grazie a voi che avete condiviso la vostra esperienza e poi grazie ai titolari de " Le volte" in quanto davvero straordinari. Lo chef ha davvero un dono tra i fuochi e la sorella e il sole in una giornata di pioggia. Abbiamo mangiato due primi e un secondo in due con vino e acqua, e caffè. I sapori davvero notevoli, il prezzo assolutamente più che onesto e la qualità non certo da sottovalutare. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ci tornerei assolutamente.

A pleasant discovery. I was in Verbania one weekend and I decided to come to dinner in this restaurant of all the ones I looked for. Right choice. Nice environment, nice and intimate. Truly exquisite food, high level quality, excellent wine and impeccable service, even if not very fast due to the full room. I recommend "the little cheese clock with honey and mustard" as a starter (some with decidedly strong flavors, but excellent). As a second course I chose the dish of the day (in the photo). Incredibly good and light polenta and mouth-watering venison stew. Exquisite desserts. The bill in line with the quality and quantity of the products. It's the right place if you're looking for a restaurant in these areas, really. Compliments!

Splendid cuisine with a skilful use of excellent ingredients and a traditional basic cuisine but with a careful eye on modernity. Welcoming environment, education and thoughtful attention (never excessive) during the service. I will return for sure.

A restaurant worth trying if you are passing through these beautiful places made up of enchanting landscapes between mountains and lakes...delightful place from times gone by, dishes with local ingredients are exquisite and satisfying from a qualitative point of view...prices appropriate to the offer of the products. And then, touches of class in the plating that make the dishes true works of art. Thanks to the welcome and the service provided...professional and courteous management in serving the customer...we will return!

Ristorante molto noto nella zona. Il gestore è un ottimo " chef". Consiglio il menù di " pesce" ma pure gli altri piatti sono di alto livello. Soddisfatto.

Siamo andati l’1 a mezzogiorno alle 14.30 e, anche se era tardi in un giorno festivo, ci hanno fatto sedere tranquillamente. Il cibo era molto buono e cucinato bene, consiglio sopratutto il rombo con le patate ed erbette, si scioglieva in bocca

Si mangia sempre molto bene alle Volte grazie a una cucina precisa e mai ridondante cche , oltre alla fattura dei piatti , si distingue per le materie prime di qualità. I prezzi sono proporzionati alla qualità, anche se recentemente appaiono saliti un pò tanto. E il rilievo è motivato dal fatto che il servizio, cortese e preciso, ha risentito del fatto che serviva in sala una sola persona. Un consiglio: il percorso per i servizi va illuminato meglio.
