Availability and courtesy for Andrea and Barbara. The place is small but nice and welcoming and has its own personality. We chose takeaway and I must say that the paccheri with turnip greens and valerian were excellent.

An extraordinary place to say the least Very small room, soft environment heated by fireplace and candles. Tastefully set tables. Excellent dinner, each dish described with poetry by Mr Andrea, always including the skill of Mrs Barbara. Excellent quality of the products and the presentation of the dishes is also worth admiring. You cannot be in the area and not take advantage of this wonderful reality.

Visited a few months ago. When you enter this restaurant it seems like you are projected into a fairy tale: a place out of time where the term "location" screeches like a metal point on a blackboard! The innkeeper Andrea, a modern host, guides you and cheers you along the sensorial journey that is dinner, while in the background, but only in the background of the scenography, since we are talking about the leading actress, therefore in the background we have the expert hand of Barbara, who come out with unforgettable delicacies. The side dish is an atmosphere of conviviality that is established as if by magic among the diners who intimately share this experience for a few (there are about ten seats). We start with a work of art: San Gregorio bread bruschettas with their olive oil which will remain on the table throughout the evening to accompany various proposals. We start with 4 preparations: grilled aubergines with dried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar reduction with strawberries; then there is pecorino di Canestrato with pistachios from Bronte together with another type of cheese to spread on the bruschetta themselves; then we have ricotta with cornflower flowers and linseed and finally a bowl of cherry tomatoes. We then continue with two crazy tastings: one of Saragolla corn, a pinch of milk, amaranth seeds, with courgette and extra virgin olive oil. The other is composed of chickpeas, pioppini mushrooms and spelled. Standing ovation preparations. We continue with a very delicate lentil and barley soup. Next we have a roll of pasta with lemon and cheese. We continue with a first course of grilled goat's salt on chestnut honey, toasted almonds and lavender flowers. Finally a soft donut. What to say? We are faced with a real sensorial experience, unique and wonderful, whose asking price is ridiculous compared to the memories it will leave us with. A thousand thanks.

It was not a simple dinner but rather a real culinary experience. I was lost between Andrea's stories and the dishes prepared by the golden hands of his, as he defined it VITA (Barbara). It was an emotion to cross that threshold, to close it behind me... I felt at home. The dishes offered were one explosion after another of amazement, a mix of flavors expertly balanced with each other. Between a story and a dish Andrea made me experience a journey through flavors and knowledge. I left you with some emotional tears and a little piece of heart but I took away with me a great sense of gustatory but also and above all personal satisfaction. You are two people with a big heart. Missed by you and your very welcoming home. See you very soon ❤️

In un locale microscopico ci sono più passione, sapere, cura e creatività che in tanti altri locali più grandi e blasonati. Andrea e Barbara hanno realizzato il loro sogno e lo condividono con chi accetta di sperimentare insieme a loro i sapori della tradizione rivisitati con garbo e delicatezza. Un’esperienza che consigliamo a chiunque voglia scoprire di più della cucina abruzzese e delle sue meravigliose materie prime. Prenotate per tempo e lasciatevi andare guidati con sapienza da una coppia che sa dove portarvi.

A special, timeless place. Family atmosphere, thanks to the hosts who, in addition to delighting us with excellent food, told us about their love for this place and its culture. We spent two hours in an intimate, intimate place, but full of love and passion.♥️

Difficilmente mi capita di essere così netto è deciso nelle recensioni e questo ristorante merita 5 stelle senza dubbio. Il menu fisso a base di verdure e legumi di stagione e formaggi del posto abbinati tra di loro costituisce una piacevole esperienza per il palato. I gestori ti fanno percepire la loro passione e competenza. Il posto è piccolo e forse anche per questo si riesce ad avere un livello sopra la media. Necessaria la prenotazione.

11/03/2024: Very elegant, modern and refined place. The bathrooms are very beautiful, clean and organized. Suggestive location with lake view. We tried the 7 course tasting menu. Excellent food, handled with competence and professionalism. Competent dining room and kitchen staff. Perfect combination of innovation and tradition. In my humble opinion it deserves a Michelin star. Advised.

27/03/2024: Show! I was alone at lunch, rainy day, tired and wet, I went in by chance. The owner was very kind, welcoming and super nice. Simple but well prepared cuisine. Fried egg with exceptional truffle! Mandatory focaccia!
24/03/2024: Cozy place, fast and friendly service, excellent meat. Absolutely recommended.
