Ristorante che offre specialità della cucina tipica dell' Oltrepò Pavese. Il menu domenicale è decisamente abbondante, con una grande varietà di antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci, per me anche troppa......
Il servizio è un po' casual, ma simpatico e cordiale. Si beve anche bene (siamo pur sempre nell' Oltrepo' Pavese!).
Vorrei riprovarlo in un' altra occasione.

Very slow service.
2 starters and two not very generous second courses, two desserts that were too sweet and almost nauseating.
Wine, water, coffee and grappa.
85 euros???
Far too much.

Guys, it's really good at Franco's. Abundant appetizers.
First courses: risotto alla Franco (taleggio sausage and porcini mushrooms) very good. Sounds like what my Uncle Adam used to do.
Excellent ravioli.
So green just as good.
Second courses: really excellent Franco-style rabbit.
Roast fisherman style is truly a first.
Very tasty green salad and vegetables sautéed and served on the plate.
Desserts: Asti almond cake with truly spectacular Sherlock Holmes-style mascarpone.
Really good fruit tart.
Coffee: smooth.
Congratulations to Franco and his brother Michele for the excellent management of the (full) room.
In the kitchen, Chef Augusto, who has good taste, knows his stuff.

Il locale è un pò datato ma cosa importa se a cucinare c'è una signora d'altri tempi ed ai tavoli il figlio simpaticissimo ed ospitale. La cucina dell'oltre Po presenta dei piatti molto buoni che spaziano su tutti i fronti. Se si è in zona la tappa è d'obbligo con tanto vino speciale
