Excellent restaurant for the quality it offers and the friendliness of the owner. The products and also the gastronomy at the counter are truly excellent. The only flaws are the disposable plastic bottles that are used and the not very comfortable benches. Otherwise excellent value for money.

Cured meats, tartare and steaks all exceptional, I recommend it for those who want to eat top-notch meat. It is both a butcher's shop and a restaurant for fine meat palates. Go and you will remember my feedback.

very nice informal place, small and well furnished, very particular. suitable for any clientele. few tables and spaced from each other in order to create privacy between customers. The idea of ​​combining public sales hours with catering is excellent. Very friendly and well-prepared staff. Their quality and choice of products are excellent. The only flaw is that I can afford the prices which in my opinion I find slightly high. I still remain a fan customer.

Butcher's shop (the meat fridge for steaks is a spectacle) that becomes a bistro. Very good food, we had some really excellent tartare. Really extensive wine list

Pranzo con amici. antipasto con le tartare da 50 grammi ottimo. Fiorentina e tagliata superbe. Ottimo servizio. Costo veramente corretto . Bella cantina. Assolutamente da provare

andato con amici...ho capito subito che il posto era uno di quelli "giusti"...poi si è mangiato bene e si è speso poco, in rapporto alla qualità! Vasta gamma di carni e cibi locali tipici...il vino della Casa è un Chianti dei Colli di 14 gradi...che va giù come il rosolio...ehehe

04/04/2024: Small restaurant/trattoria, very welcoming and familiar. We ordered several first courses with ragù/truffle and two platters of local cured meats and cheeses, all good and generous portions! Desserts and house wine, also good. No cover charge, great price!! I highly recommend if you are in Castellina and surrounding areas.
30/03/2024: Everything was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

La Panacea

05/02/2024: Ormai da anni ogni volta che mi trovo a Pisa, per me è necessario andare alla Panacea, da Carlo, per gustare le sue prelibatezze,le sue squisite preparazioni di carni. Ho la certezza di non trovare altrove la stessa qualità e bontà dei prodotti, ma soprattutto la grande e squisita ospitalità che solo alla Pacacea si può trovare. Un plauso a Gabriele che chi servito e consigliato! Come sempre complimenti vivissimi a tutti ed a presto!
05/11/2023: L’ultima volta che sono stato qui avevo scritto che la Panacea si candidava a miglior ristorante di carne di Pisa. Ora lo è. La cura che lo staff mette in ogni aspetto è davvero encomiabile. C’è tanta passione, e si vede.
