We found ourselves passing through, reading some reviews, the Vastese brodetto always prevailed, all we did was order that dish, sublime and to say the least, the fish was very fresh, you could taste the sea in your mouth, the staff were kind and helpful, the place was spotless, to say everything we ordered satisfied us to the maximum, we will definitely return because everything else on the menu is worth trying, 5 stars all deserved

Going to this restaurant was an excellent choice... everything was good from the starter to the first course (there is a good choice of first courses) to the second course (we opted for a fried dish which our son devoured). The only flaw was the slightly long time between the starter and the first course but perhaps because there were many people.

È sempre un piacere tornare allo Scudo per degustare un ottimo spaghetto alle vongole. Il brodetto di pesce di questo ristorante è inimitabile! Un consiglio è il caso di rinnovare il locale.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante e abbiamo mangiato un ottimo brodetto con tanto di cavatelli mantecati nel brodo rimanente. Ogni pesce del brodetto ha mantenuto in sapore riconoscibile nonostante il sugo fosse davvero saporito. Il personale è stato disponibile e gente e il conto assolutamente ottimo. Il locale è rustico e adatto a un'osteria, comunque pulito e accogliente.

31/12/2023: A quick break, coffee and beer under the beautiful Maiella sun! Nice structure, I believe recovered from a plant or warehouse, which characterizes Passolanciano. We'll want to go back to see how they work under stress and taste something, for this reason alone I can't give more stars. Passolanciano, a winter but also summer tourist resort, always appreciated by many tourists and local skiers and schools that organize trips and ski weeks for students
