Dopo aver visitato il musaba abbiamo cercato un buon posto dove mangiare, le recensioni più convincenti erano quelle su "la locanda degli ulivi". L'approccio telefonico prometteva bene e ci siamo avviati seguendo i loro consigli sul percorso migliore. Arrivati alla "locanda" abbiamo notato subito la pulizia e la cura di ogni dettaglio, in bagno c'erano gli asciugamani in spugna mono uso, una chicca oramai dimenticata anche da locali stellati. Il garbo e la cortesia dei proprietari ha coronato tutto ciò, ed il menù presentava una giusta varietà di scelta. Ognuno di noi ha chiesto pietanze molto diversicate tra loro, nonostante ciò, tutto è arrivato nei tempi giusti ed è iniziato un percorso sensoriale che ci ha entusiasmati. Molte le peculiarità culinarie presenti ed il personale ha soddisfatto ogni nostra curiosità sull'origine e sui metodi di produzione e preparazione delle pietanze. Speriamo di tornare presto per far scoprire ai nostri amici questa perla nera della ristorazione calabrese.
