A pleasant restaurant in a beautiful village, unfortunately not exploited at all

What can I say, for my taste I ate very well, everything was delicious. Impeccable service, with a calm manner and tone that puts you in an atmosphere to enjoy the environment and the dishes. In short, a spectacle.

Small but welcoming place with attention to detail, managed at a family level so everything is followed to have a good standard, special dishes and particular combination of flavours. They gladly accept dogs. Advised.

A bit like being at home. Good food but nothing exceptional

Culinary experience above the norm. The restaurant is located in the center of the delightful village of Masserano, right next to the peculiar relief of the crooked rooster, from which the restaurant takes its name. The interiors are welcoming and well-kept, the toilets are immaculate. But it is in the cuisine that this activity excels: the evaluation is certainly partial, since so far I have only been there once, but what I ate (the capricci with duck ragout and the sliced ​​meat with rosemary) seemed delicious to me. The menu is quite varied and the wine selection is generous; the prices are higher than average, but personally I think they are justified. The quality is excellent and the quantity adequate; the service is friendly but a little slow, after all it is the compensation of fresh and freshly prepared cuisine. The welcome from the two truly passionate managers completes the picture. We hope to return soon, congratulations!

Molto particolare il posto, la cena buona ma niente di particolare

Ristorante dove si mangia sempre bene, i piatti proposti nel menu’ negli anni sono però quasi sempre gli stessi, ma ben cucinati. Prezzi buoni. Ottimo il tapulum con polenta

Sito in un borgo pittoresco, non lontano da Biella, è molto amato dalla gente del posto ma a noi non ha entusiasmato. Porzioni un po’ piccole per il prezzo, servizio un po’ freddo. Non abbiamo mangiato nulla che ci sia rimasto impresso.
