Very nice inn, very good IPA beer!!!

If you are looking for a magical inn with genuine flavors and a great variety of draft and bottled beers, you should make a regenerating stop at Monaco Felice. An intimate, non-intrusive environment suspended between two worlds, a weightless free zone where time passes differently, almost in reverse. I highly recommend the Stinco alla Birra and the Casoncelli or the Scarpinocc! You will be amazed and will want to schedule new appointments to try the entire menu. I recommend it for a chat with a dear friend you haven't seen for a while

Excellent, excellent professional operators

Then you have to pay close attention, you are not entering just any pub. If the Michelin guide for breweries existed, the inn would be 3 stars for quality (but not for the price which is very fair), while remaining an absolutely informal and family-run place. Given that the beer line-up is different every weekend, the beers are always chosen from the best Italian and European craft beers. The owner is an expert known by practically all the best brewers from Tuscany to Holland, and personally travels half of Europe to discover the best gems there are around. Pearls that are often unobtainable in any other place in Lombardy but I believe also beyond. The kitchen offers special dishes such as pork coppa, bombette orobiche, lamb hamburgers (the Lambretta with Geuze sauce and crunchy pecorino is very good, and when it was made with sheep meat it was the best hamburger I have ever eaten in my life) with raw materials excellent, often go and find them in person in the small Bergamo mountain pastures. The cow burgers and desserts are also good, often produced by a local pastry shop, sometimes with beer wort. A truly welcoming and exceptional place, especially for those who understand what a real beer is. Very nice owner.
