Splendid contemporary inn in the heart of the Piacenza hills, an enviable location with attention to every detail and a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I tried the restaurant for a family Sunday lunch and we were overall satisfied. If some dishes were definitely successful, in others I did not find the same balance, despite the raw materials being all excellent. The place was full, but that doesn't justify excessively slow service (we finished lunch at 4.30pm). The quality/price ratio is in line with the quality and type of venue, a shame about the mark-up on cover charge (€5), water (€5) and wine, which is frankly excessive. Overall, in my humble opinion, a good restaurant for special occasions, but with a lot of room for improvement.

I had dinner a few nights ago, I was thrilled with everything!!!! The location, the elegance, the service and of course the food. An exaltation of the SENSES.

Siamo stati a pranzo con amici, locale curato nei minimi dettagli con vista spettacolare sulla campagna piacentina. Menu attento alla qualità della materia prima e alla selezione dei prodotti con una riuscita rivisitazione di alcuni piatti della tradizione. Menzione speciale per la "colazione salata": scampi, spuma di patate, crumble e tartufo...una delizia! Completa l'esperienza positiva la cordialità e professionalità dello staff e dello Chef. Forse un pochino lunghi i tempi di attesa ma torneremo sicuramente!

Dinner with friends in this restaurant located in the hills of Piacenza, but easily accessible. Equipped with convenient parking, as soon as you arrive, what you immediately notice is the attention to detail. Nothing is left to chance, not even furniture and lighting. The dishes are refined in combinations. We ordered appetizer, first course and dessert, but a welcome taste from the chef is served which already allows us to understand what the content of the rest of the courses will be. The restaurant is a Slow Food presidium and allows you to also taste local products such as a taste of a truly appreciable oil from a producer from Gropparello (Pc). Price in line with the quality. I will return to have a taste of the grilled specialties and to try other seasonal dishes. Very attentive and friendly service.

I ate very well! Service 10/10! Fantastic place, unfortunately I had dinner so I didn't see the landscape which must be wonderful given that it overlooks our Val Trebbia, a completely renovated farmhouse, well done!! if you don't have a navigator It's a little difficult to find but I definitely recommend it!

Excellent service, easy to reach location, well-kept room and beautiful view. Simone the owner was kind, thoughtful, was fully available in all our requests, a perfect host. I highly recommend this inn and the wood suite.

Siamo stati per pranzo Locana Sensi, menu' degustazione.... un'esperienza un viaggio di sapori profumi del territorio e non solo...... bravo Chef e a tutta la sua brigata,ottimo il servizio , il proprietario presente ma senza essere invadente,ambiente accogliente e curato, ci torneremo .
