This Hortone was a wonderful experience. Not the usual Tuscan restaurant but something complete in its different and original proposals and wide in choice, with wonderful variations. Like fried tongue or venison and duck cooked at low temperature. All very good, at high levels. Superior to many restaurants mentioned in the Michelin guide. Excellent and kind service, always ready to accommodate our requests (applause to the very kind girl with the always ready smile who served us... and with an iron memory). Nice to see the open kitchen. Children welcome and pampered. Good quality wine list. I would definitely come back, very good!

I highly recommend this place for an amazing dinner experience. The food is outstanding, great presentation, prepared by an exceptionally skilled chef. Cozy and romantic ambience. Very friendly and attentive staff.
We shared a few dishes between two people, that’s why the portions in the pictures look small, but that’s just a half of each dish. It was also recommended to us by our local friend and it’s one of her favorite places in Firenze.

I'm usually skeptical of new Italian cuisine, but my experience here did not disappoint! Dining alone, I still received friendly attention, a beautiful atmosphere, and an amazing wine list. Of course, the food was well prepared, thank you Helene and the other members for your service. I had a nice experience!

I visited with my sister and we were impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The food, especially the Florentine steak, was delicious although they tend to recommend larger portions than they could serve. The wine selection is excellent and reasonably priced. The atmosphere here is simply fantastic. Recommended for friends and couples.

Siamo tornati dopo aver avuto una ottima esperienza un anno fa , locale molto carino con personale attento e competente
A mio avviso i prodotti utilizzati sono di qualità e di conseguenza i piatti proposti sono ottimi.
Preso tartare , alici fritte e l’uovo per antipasto per secondo coniglio e peposo con purè
Buona la carta dei vini e dei liquori da dessert
