Sono ritornato con altri miei familiari, che non c'erano mai stati, in questo bellissimo ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato all' interno vista ta stagione, mentre precedentemente avevamo pranzato in terrazza con una vista bellissima. Eleganza sui tavoli e piatti ottimi e particolari: Pici ai tartufi, pappardelle al cinghiale, tortelli di patate con peposo di mucco pisano, controfiletto con tartufo, secondo di piccione con elaborazione, anatra all' arancia, tortino al cioccolato, torta con la mousse di caffè, mattonelle al tartufo, vino Merlot di una prestigiosa cantina.......ecc.....Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.

Everything was almost perfect in this place that we already knew well. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, the service is always courteous but at the same time friendly, the only less positive note was the final bill which in my opinion was a little high but unfortunately this is the trend everywhere, especially in the catering sector.

I had been to this place about 4 years ago and even then you could eat good quality dishes, in my opinion today, or at least as far as my experience is concerned, the level has been raised a little. The location is really beautiful and the service is very kind and prepared. I didn't find any particular defects in the dishes and the very appreciable thing is that they use local products that I know quite well, such as Pomaracin lamb, cheeses from the Carai company in Volterra, mucco Pisano etc. This shows the care taken in the search for raw materials, an aspect which in my opinion can give an extra boost to restaurants nowadays, in fact I would say it makes the difference. Excellent wine list. Price not questionable, nor exorbitant but not very low either. Try it because I guarantee you that at the Pinzagrilli Osteria you can have a good culinary experience.

Serata molto piacevole. La location è bellissima, in stile toscano molto curato in ogni dettaglio, tavoli molto intimi e riservati. Servizio impeccabile, camerieri gentili e attenti. iI cibo è buonissimo a partire dall'antipasto con il fagottino con pere, miele e pecorino veramente fantastico! La trippa servita nel cestino di formaggio veramente speciale! Per non parlare del dolce di ricotta e frutti di bosco servito caldo che era la fine del mondo! Prezzo adeguato a ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Veramente da consigliare anche per una serata romantica. Complimenti a tutti dalla cucina alla sala!
