Not a simple dinner. The menu is fixed, as is the wine selection. It is a particular journey of flavors and aromas and all courses are paired with a specific oil and wine. Fabio, the innkeeper, an unforgettable man in my opinion, will keep you company all the time with his experiences and life stories. A unique place, absolutely worth trying if you are in Rivisondoli. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di poter trascorrere la sera del 1 gennaio in questa splendida osteria. Appena ci si siede, ci si sente a casa. Fabio, un gran signore e padrone di casa ci ha accompagnato in questo splendido viaggio. Ottimi gli olii proposti, ottimi i vini e tutte le portate ben strutturate e bilanciate nei sapori. Siamo andati via entusiasti ed appagati. Complimenti a tutti e soprattutto alla prossima.

Cenare in questo locale è semplicemente un percorso di emozioni tale da far vivere una vera favola a tutti coloro che amano il buon cibo e il vino. Fabio è il proprietario di questo piccolo ristorante il cui punto forte sono la qualità degli ingredienti ricercati, l’abbinamento degli oli e dei vini su ogni pietanza e il massimo punto di felicità che si può raggiungere a tavola grazie alla bravura del suo staff. Non descrivo i piatti perché è impossibile ma vi lascio qualche foto per incuriosirvi. Posso affermare che in Italia locali così sono davvero pochi ed è una favola culinaria mangiare in questo posto.

Più che una cena un esperienza! Consigliatissimo...cibo, vino e oli super-ricercati e abbinamenti fatti ad arte! Servizio eccellente e proprietario molto simpatico! A causa di un problema non dipendente dall'oste (concerto in piazza a volume un po troppo alto....) abbiano anche avuto un super-sconto!
