Macelleria Pollo D’oro Da Filippo In Martina franca

01/04/2024: I booked here while I was still at home, before my trip to Puglia, curious to taste the dishes of a place that only serves mozzarella-based dishes. in the end I opted for a 500g mozzarella filled with fresh pasta: gnocchi with pesto and prawns. absolutely recommended! the proposals are many and different, from pizzas to burgers, my only regret is having chosen a proposal with fresh but raw mozzarella: excellent but I would perhaps have preferred a nice dish with stringy mozzarella! Advice: maybe try (as the guys in the room had actually advised me) more small things, so as to taste different things, all delicious. The desserts are also excellent: the cheesecake and the cannoli with mascarpone cream are delicious: very good! Literally a stone's throw from the bridge that connects the old city to the new one, just a minute from the Aragonese castle ♥

12/03/2024: Excellent experience. The place is very nice and welcoming. The service was impeccable, the boy was very kind in explaining the dishes to us and what to recommend. The food, at least what we ordered, was really excellent. If I had had more space in my stomach I would have taken other dishes to try. But I will definitely come another time to try them. The meatballs proposed by the boy were really excellent and special and the accompanying sauces were really delicious. I took the 250g mozzarella with parmigiana and it was spectacular both to the eye and to the palate. Finally, the light and delicious dessert. Everything was excellent and I would recommend it. I hope that the proposed meatballs will be put on paper. Until next time.
