Non sono certo io che giudico uno Chef pluristellato come Cedroni, però , avendo avuto molte aspettative, ci si aspetta di trivare sempre il Top. Sia ben chiaro che non sto criticando il menu, che ho trovato di gusto; diciamo piuttosto, che mi sarei aspettato qualche piatto in più con creatività.

Un vero viaggio di sapori e di vita! Un atmosfera impagabile che predispone al gustare il cibo. Ogni pietanza è una scoperta! Le tempistiche del servizio sono impagabili. Il cibo si può definire sconosciuto.

Un’esperienza da fare assolutamente! Ci siamo stati in occasione del compleanno di mio marito, che dire.. ci siamo emozionati mangiando! Ci ha fatto viaggiare e scoprire…con un menù che lascia senza parole dal primo all’ultimo piatto! Tutto perfetto…

Moreno un fuoriclasse assoluto, che già ti stupisce al clandestino Susci par per poi lasciarti senza parole alla madonnina. D’altra parte quando vedi un artista che alla sua età ha ancora quella luce negli occhi, quella passione e esaltazione che comunica ai commensali mentre spiega il perché del suo menu. A mio avviso il livello dei piatti, del servizio e della sala sono da tre stelle Michelin che probabilmente non tarderanno ad arrivare. Una nota per la creatività e ricerca che ogni anno viene fatta per tirare fuori dei menu con delle idee che farebbero invidia ai migliori sceneggiatori.
