On the other hand, flat level, it's a big blah. The tiguelles are nothing special, it's not very filling and there are no particular flavors. Only Parma ham raised the standard

A nice place I ate the tigelle and they are delicious. They make them in all sorts of ways, you're spoiled for choice. Really friendly staff and quick service. Average prices

We tasted the selection of gourmet and delicious tigelle.
All very good with quality products and excellent combinations. The service was very courteous and the price of the selections was not low but fair considering the quality. We would have preferred the glass of Lambrusco a little fuller!
Overall, however, a good experience and I would recommend it.

Wide choice of delicious tigelle, from classic to gourmet and even sweet ones (the one with nutella and cow's milk ricotta is delicious). Possibility of taking mixed cutting boards that arrive with empty trays to fill yourself of your choice. Prices vary from 3 to 4 euros per tigella. Highly recommended, everything was excellent and a very nice place in the alleys of Parma.

One of the few places in Parma to serve tigelle, but unfortunately they are not as good as those you can eat in Modena. I found them a little hard and not soft like the tigelle eaten in the city of Modena, nothing to say about the very good and quality ingredients of the filling. The service was very courteous, kind and fast, the price is reasonable considering the quality of the products. There were 3 of us, and we took 2 Parma gold tastings and one gourmet tasting, plus two beers, really delicious, and a glass of Lambrusco totaling around €20 each. Worth noting is the very nice and well-kept place

The place is a bit small but very nice, if you want there are also seats outside! Perfect for a good lunch.

Locale e proposte carine, tutto molto buono. Aggiungerei solo qualche tigella in più nei piatti unici o nei taglieri. Lo stesso anche per le proposte delle tigelle già farcite, perché far pagare le tigelle in più mi sembra eccessivo. Non si tratta di caviale, ma di un prodotto a base di farina, latte e lievito, quindi non credo che si va in fallimento per 2/3 tigelle in più in ogni piatto.
Purtroppo la caratteristica di essere un po’ contenuti nei piatti l’ho notata non solo qui ma un po’ ovunque in Emilia. Si mangia bene sicuramente, ma a generosità dobbiamo migliorarci.

Tigelle con un buon impasto e cottura, buone ed abbondanti le farciture. Ottimo abbinamento prosciutto crudo e fichi.
