Truly quality. Small but welcoming place with typical medieval exposed bricks. Friendly and punctual service. Chickpea entree with rosemary bread crumble, delicate and tasty at the same time. Excellent cured meats and cheeses accompanied by a crispy and tasty rosemary focaccia. Special tagliolini. The bacon is thin and really crunchy. The hot and fragrant focaccia. The right amount of spicy chicory drowned under a layer of tasty but not salty cave pecorino. Apple tart with custard to lick the plate. Well done.

Excellent service and very kind staff. Upon prior telephone notification, they prepared vegan meals at the same level as omnivore/vegetarian ones, really good! Highly recommended

Small but welcoming place. Quality dishes. Very good porcini and pork fillet. Prices a little above average but it can be at least on the courses we enjoyed which were really well cooked. Very kind staff.
The only small flaw is that, given a cost of over €40 each, it would have been nice if the only coffee requested had been offered.

Spinti dalle ottime recensioni, abbiamo prenotato per il pranzo del 30 dicembre, in occasione di un giro a Viterbo e dintorni.
Menu interessante, ottimo il servizio e, soprattutto, piatti veramente molto buoni e ben presentati.
Unico piccolo neo, e vuole essere una critica costruttiva, è l'arredamento del locale forse un po' fuori contesto, non all'altezza della cucina. Un colore delle pareti più caldo e dei tavoli più "in stile rustico", farebbero fare un salto di qualità.
Prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta. Ci piace comunque!

I was here with my family and I must say that we were all surprised. all the dishes that arrived were delicious and received many compliments from everyone sitting at the table who even asked for an encore of some dishes. The focaccias and the entrée were also very welcome.

Il locale è ubicato nelle vie storiche di Montefiascone
Le dimensioni sono modeste ma se riesci a trovare un posticino merita.I piatti proposti sono locali ma rivisti.Ottima esperienza.Consigliato
