Mi trovavo in centro di Grado dopo essere stato alla piscina termale ed in un lunedì invernale, in cui faceva molto freddo, dove la maggior parte dei ristoranti era chiusa.Mi sono trovato bene in questo bistrot a mangiare pure il tipico boreto gradese misto molto buono seguito da pomodori in insalata e da una panna cotta al crem caramel.E’ un bistrot ma con ampia scelta di piatti di pesce e molluschi ampia scelata di vini e spumanti i menù sono vari sia per mangiare pesce oppure gli affettati o la carne oppure le pizze.La titolare e il personale è stato gentile il servizio è stato rapido.Ho osservato pure molta cura anche nei condimenti buon olio extravergine sale rosa anche aceto balsamico e molta cura anche dell’ambiente.

I was in the center of Grado after having been to the thermal pool and on a winter Monday, when it was very cold, where most of the restaurants were closed. I had a good time in this bistro also eating the very good typical mixed Grado boreto followed by tomato salad and a panna cotta with crem caramel. It is a bistro but with a wide choice of fish and shellfish dishes, a wide choice of wines and sparkling wines, the menus are varied both for eating fish or cold cuts or meat or pizzas. The owner and the staff were kind, the service was quick. I also observed a lot of care even in the condiments, good extra virgin olive oil, pink salt, even balsamic vinegar and a lot of care also for the environment.
