17/03/2024: Known for its exceptional ravioli, I had an excellent starter and an excellent second course, but the ravioli this time were good, but not exceptional, I have to return, perhaps the consistency is missing.
The long and winding road doesn't help, but it's still worth it.

Two people.
Starter: boiled chestnuts, honey and bacon.
Self-produced honey, local chestnuts and fresh pancetta coppata.
First courses: Ravioli with touch
Let me start by saying that the first time I try a restaurant in the hinterland I always ask for ravioli, so I can compare the quality. These are among the best, small, irregular, tasty, excellent touch, notable quantity (two portions each and we have some left over).
Second courses: stuffed chicken.
Traditional dish that is rarely offered around.
I wanted to try it even though it's normally a dish I don't like very much. This one largely passed the test.
Even though we asked to limit the portions a bit, we just couldn't finish it.
The owner very kindly, without us even asking, prepared bags with leftovers for us.
Desserts: Tiramisu
Another dish that I always request the first time. This too is natural, well made, pleasant and not heavy.
Wine: bulk white
The wine deserves a separate note.
I usually ask for a bottle, because the loose white in the restaurant turns acidic before the evening.
But here they brought us a bottle of an amber and fruity wine that is worth more than many bottled Vermentinos.
They are supplied in Veneto.
At the end of the meal we asked for a kilo of their delicious honey, which they put on the invoice under "side dishes".
Do you understand? They could have sold it under the table, but instead they pay taxes!
Final bill 67 EUROS FOR TWO, of which 10 euros for honey.
The environment is welcoming, a few tables with locals.
The secret is to go there on weekdays.
What else can I add?
It was an AUTHENTIC experience, much better than certain gourmant restaurants that pass themselves off as "traditional" and are instead carefully planned operations, which for a lunch like this cost you 60 euros each.
