Matama' Bistrot In Genova

The Matamà is the top dog and with some justification. They are really serious about their passion for meat and there are more exotic things than steak. The meal (lamb shank on artichoke cream) was a poem. Only with the Contorno (Insalata Mista) did the common practice of paying too little attention to the supposedly small detail fall back a little. Overall, a somewhat unloving bunch. Tip: Blanch the onions in the microwave with a little olive oil and salt. Very nice wine, service very friendly and willing to answer questions. The organization in time windows takes some getting used to, which has a slight impact on the room climate. If you like starters and desserts, you have to stick with it. Or go there at 9 p.m. Prices high but reasonable. Nothing for every evening.

Da più di un anno che non venivo in questo locale, una certezza sulle pietanze di carne nel levante cittadino, ottima scelta di vini, locale caldo ed accogliente. Servizio impeccabile

Location in pieno centro a nervi, genova. Locale molto carino e curato. Personale molto disponibile, veloce e sempre sul pezzo. Menù: non troverete tantissime portate per antipasto- primo- secondo… ma questo a mio avviso è un pregio. Notevoli i crostini di salsiccia cruda, come l’ angus e le patate sabbiate. Tutto eseguito molto bene e carne veramente valida. Dolci buoni per chiudere un’ ottima cena. Prezzo perfettamente in linea con quanto proposto ed offerto. Assolutamente da ritornarci.
