Locale stupendamente ristrutturato in uno dei più bei palazzi STORICI di corso Vittorio Emanuele, in piena zona pedonale e con vista sulla cattedrale. All’interno perfetto mix architettonico di moderno (con un vero e proprio Museo sulla Apple e Steve Jobs) e antico, servizio eccellente come Tradizione Michelin vuole. Lo Chef mantiene le attese nel suo menu degustazione di terra e mare con ottimi incroci di ingredienti siciliani e internazionali che si fanno apprezzare per gli accostamenti, l’equilibrio, il gusto e anche la presentazione. Prezzo corretto alla luce dell’offerta eccezionale

Excellent food but overall experience let down by the sommelier. We were keen to try local grape varieties and/or more interesting pairings. Wine was good but sommelier was either not interested in or not capable of recommending anything other than very classic wine (we didn’t go to Sicily to have “burgundy-style” reds..?!). Similarly with after-dinner drinks. Didn’t seem to know about Whisky. Surprising for a Michelin-started place.

The experience was positive. Attentive service and a really good sommelier. The dishes are technically flawless. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Palermo. But I make a more general observation given that the place has a Michelin star (and is compared with other Michelin stars): it didn't excite me. And I want to point out, this is a totally subjective judgement. I found the chef's idea of ​​cooking a little "old" (compared to the latest trends in haute cuisine) and most of the dishes "harmless" (nothing that made me say wow). There is nothing that I will particularly remember compared to other dinners in restaurants of this level apart from the selection of excellent Sicilian wines, the original atmosphere, the excellent service and the sommelier. If you have never tried a starry dinner or if you treat yourself to one every now and then you will be absolutely satisfied, highly recommended. If you come from outside or regularly frequent haute cuisine restaurants you will not be disappointed.

Wholeheartedly recommend to anybody nearby. The food was superb. The amuse bouche were local seafood - I always prefer meat to fish, but even I thought they were delectable. My fiancee and I opted to go a la carte instead of the tasting menu. We had five different dishes (plus dessert….) to share, which was too much food to finish but delicious in all corners. The best was the lamb chateaubriand. Service was fantastic too. Our server was Fabio, who deserves a lot of praise. The sommelier (or maybe manager, sorry - hard to tell) was Alessandro, who helped us pick local drinks. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. It is not the cheapest option, but in the category of “Michelin star restaurants” is also isn’t the most expensive 5/5

Enchanting location, a mix of culture, art and cuisine outside the norm. The owner's lessons on the history of Apple/Machintosh are worthy of a university master's degree. Once in the shop, it should absolutely be tried and seen!
