Excellent environment, excellent pizzas, excellent desserts but more than anything EXCEPTIONAL STAFF: never had such a positive feeling from all the staff. There were 8 of us this evening, we all admired this feature that is difficult to find elsewhere. SINCERE CONGRATULATIONS

Meltemi is a seafood restaurant that offers fresh raw materials processed with intelligence. The restaurant is spread over two floors, with well-windowed windows and attention to detail, minimal but impactful. The food was appreciated, the portions are more than adequate and the prices are honest. Impeccable service offered by the Waiter who showed us all his experience and empathy. I'll be back!

An experience full of taste and friendliness. The staff is very kind and helpful. We always try to match everyone's tastes. The dishes are imaginative and with particular combinations. The chef exceeds all expectations! The very quiet and elegant environment.

Siamo stati a cena. Abbiamo preso solo pizze. Io un "Ciccio" con crudo pomodorini gialli bufala e basilico. Gli ingredienti sono ottimi e la cottura della base giusta. Anche le altre pizze, bufalina, piccante e al tarallo sbriciolato sono state gradite. Da ritornare provando anche la cucina.

The stuffed potato specialty is an excellent solution for every palate and a pleasure for the eyes too. Characteristic location in the historic center of Gravina and close to the gravina, an enchanting slit in the rocky gap.

06/04/2024: Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Polignano. Very nice location, very attentive service and fish menu with a decent choice. Prices commensurate with quality. Definitely a place to return to when in the area. Polignano, like all of Puglia south of Bari, is now full of tourist traps. As a native of Puglia, I'm happy that there are still people like Mr. Fabio who does his job in a professional manner, which is the only way to last over time.
