The sandwiches are very tasty. I really loved the one with mortadella+eggplant+truffle.
Friendly staff.
When we were there in the evening, it wasn't very busy. When we walked past at lunchtime the next day, there was a very long queue.

The only drawback is that you have to walk a bit to find a place where you can eat while sitting down.
All ingredients super fresh and delicious. Organization top. Despite the queue, you don't have to wait long.

Nothing better than a well-made, simple sandwich that makes the tastebuds jump. You know a street-front place is good by the line in front and this place always seems to have a line. Typically it stretches out to via dell'Independenza, but it is worth the wait. Four or five different types of mortadella ready to be placed on a very fresh roll and a few extras to make the sandwich more delicious. Or, just opt for a cone of mortadella and cheese. Either way, you cannot go wrong.
Most people seem to not be able to contain their hunger and begin eating as soon as they step away from the counter!

Een must om hier de beroemde mortadella te proeven. Een heel klein zaakje in een zijstraat van de Via di Independenza, op 500 meter van de Piazza Maggiore. Vriendelijke bediening.
