Let me start by saying that I don't eat sushi for various reasons, from rice that is too rich in starch to raw fish that I don't consume. However, there is a great variety of cooked foods and there is often a vegetarian variant too. Starters, Spaghetti of various types with different seasonings, Ramen, second courses of vegetables, meat and fish.
