The food is excellent, the pastas with citrus are the best in Ortigia, the place is very warm and authentic, Jenny's kindness in attention is also worth highlighting.

Dinner as a couple. Monsieur's plate was good but Madame's had no particular taste (basic tomato sauce). 2 wines by the glass without knowing what we are drinking but in any case, no great wine. 3 people serving for 3 tables (far too many) = we are observed throughout the meal. Plain bread and hot air conditioning on your head (which they kindly turned off). 73€ for a more than ordinary meal

I waited until our vacation in Sicily was over to start my recession. Conclusion: It was the best pasta alla norma on the whole island! My husband had the tortellini with salsiccia. This was also very good, just could have been a little more. My portion of Pasta alla Norma was so big that I couldn't finish it. Both were divine! For starters we had bruscetta and caponata. In retrospect, the caponata was also the best on the island!!! PS for the German palate: The cheese (Ricotta Salata) may be too salty for some. But it has to be that way. I could have been tricked ♥️

Amazing experience here, excellent food and all super fresh! Chef came out to say Hello, really great place with lovely staff! So much fun and even got a T-Shirt! Never Trust a Skinny Chef

Abbiamo cenato con menù degustazione dove gli antipasti erano tanti, abbondanti e tutti gustosi. I primi davvero buoni, in particolare le casarecce al pesto di mandorle tostate. Il personale molto garbato e gentile. Servizio veloce e soprattutto piacevole la presenza dello chef Giovanni attento ad ogni sua portata per capire se avevamo gradito.

Caratteristico locale nella città vecchia di Siracusa.strepitosi gli antipasti, pasta alla norma assolutamente da provare. dessert delicati e artigianali.prezzo adeguato consiglio assolutamente

Cuisine généreuse et gourmande. Service attentionné et rapide. Terrasse à l’abri des regards, loin du tumulte des touristes. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec une carte bien travaillée. On sent que la cuisine est une affaire de passion dans ce restaurant !

04/04/2024: I shared a tasting menu with a friend visiting Biarritz. A taste wonder and truly local. The wine proposition was perfect. And finally, super friendly service. I can't wait to come back! Thank you to the whole team for this dinner that I will not forget!
30/03/2024: At the theater this evening a play in 10 acts performed by Epoq. The dishes follow one another in a farandole of pleasure. The ingredients are raw, local and always a twist that will make Night Shyamalan green with envy. The red thread is the flame, the fire marking. All this staged by a team in the kitchen and in the dining room that will make your head spin. Run there!

26/03/2024: We have been guests of this hotel for over 10 years, both in winter and summer. The food and location are first class. The new spa area is quite impressive.
26/02/2024: We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Condor and we can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt warmly welcomed as a family by every member of staff. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel not only offered first-class accommodation but also an exquisite selection of food to suit both adults and children. Every meal was a culinary experience that tantalized our taste buds and brought us together as a family. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. With a breathtaking view of the Erta and just a few minutes walk from the lift, it was the perfect starting point for the day of skiing. All in all, we can warmly recommend the Hotel Condor. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we are already looking forward to returning as a family soon.
