Very nice location, it's a shame that the tables facing the sea are all reserved for those staying there. Not bad, as the sea can also be seen from the tables under the terrace. Very good service, fast and kind, we just waited a little too long to pay (a good 15 minutes), but throughout the dinner they were really quick, with times that were more than correct for a menu that was still long (7 courses). Particular vegetable menu, a beautiful experience, very welcome to us lovers of sour. Experience I would repeat :) What didn't I like? We tried three waters (7€/each), but we only drank two!!! When we saw the receipt, we were already down in the car and we didn't want to go back up and ask for the difference, but I read a bit of "cunning" in it and, above all, for such an attentive service it can't happen!!! Next time I'll check better. Edit: I waited 15 minutes to get the bill and paid it directly and, no, no "pre-bill" phase occurred. Very happy that this is part of your practice, but that evening you must have missed our table... it happens! For 7 euros it doesn't do anything, but it certainly didn't please ;)

Splendid location and impeccable service. You feel pampered from the beginning to the end of the dinner. Impeccable sommelier in recommending wine to us. We chose the Liguria menu: original and tasty dishes presented very well by the waiters. I plan to return next summer to be able to eat on the terrace and enjoy the wonderful view.

Location molto bella, intrisa di una interessantissima storia, mise en place impeccable, servizio cortese, discreto e curato, pietanze ben impiattate, ben introdotte da parte del personale di sala, stupende dal punto di vista culinario. Peccato per il vino, non consigliato il calice più idoneo in funzione della ordinazione, ma forse lasciata troppa discrezionalità al cliente. I prezzi sono decisamente alti, da ristorante stellato, ma non trovo corretto un calice a 17 euro quando l’abbinamento non è perfetto.

My wine was taken away before I finished it. The waiter seemed drunk the whole time. No one served us for the first half an hour. The food was great and the cooks were fantastic but service was strange

Location molto carina, peccato che i tavoli lato mare siano tutti riservati per chi soggiorna da loro. Poco male, in quanto il mare si vede comunque anche dai tavoli sotto al dehors. Servizio molto buono, veloce e gentile, abbiamo giusto atteso un filo troppo per pagare (15 min buoni), ma per tutta la cena sono stati veramente rapidi, con tempi più che corretti per un menù comunque lunghino (7 portate). Menu vegetale particolare, una bella esperienza, molto gradita a noi amanti dell'aspro. Esperienza che ripeterei :) Cosa non mi è piaciuto? Battute tre acque (7€/cad), ma ne abbiamo bevute solo due!!! Quando abbiamo visto lo scontrino, eravamo già giù in auto e non avevamo voglia di risalire a chiedere la differenza, però ci ho letto un po' di "furbizia" e, soprattutto, per un servizio cosi attento non può accadere!!! La prossima volta controllerò meglio.

Perfect dinner in this gourmet restaurant, in a beautiful home with elegant interiors while the exteriors are a joy in the greenery! The cuisine takes Ligurian flavors on creative paths. A heartfelt thank you for making us live a summer dream ❤️

Exquisite dining experience of the highest quality. We had the ligurian tasting menu which combined local ingredients with classic dishes. Fantastic service from the well drilled staff. Quite an eye popping drive to get there, do yourself a favour and get a taxi 😉

È stato tutto perfetto dall’accoglienza, il servizio al tavolo, il luogo riservato (dove nulla è lasciato al caso),lo chef e tutto staff della cucina ci ha portato in un mondo gustativo spettacolare . È la prima volta che abbiamo cenato al Nove e sicuramente non sarà l’ultima !!! cinque stelle sono davvero poche !! complimenti . A presto
